Human aligned infrastructure for the AI transition. The layer where AI meets human life.

The Thrivability Challenge

Most wellbeing benefits have measured usage, not outcomes. We measure whether your people are actually thriving, and we show whether it moves.

Private for each person. The movement seen in aggregate for the organization. Built on a measure we are publishing as an open standard.

Private, no email, yours alone.

The gap you already know

You can see signups, logins, and sessions. You have not been able to see whether any of it left people better.

If you run benefits or care for a workforce, you know the limits of what you can see. Activity has stood in for outcomes for years.

What changed

It is not that people do not care. It is that the thing that matters has not been measured.

Whether a person is thriving is measurable, and measuring it is a design problem we can solve.

Until now

Whether people used the benefit. How many signed up, how many booked a session. Activity standing in for the outcome.

Now

Whether your people are actually thriving, and whether the work you fund is moving the picture.

How the measure works

Baseline, improve, show.

A reading across eight dimensions of a life, on a simple zero to ten scale. Private to the person, always.

01

Baseline

A reading across eight dimensions of a whole life, drawn from decades of flourishing research. Live now, and free to try for yourself.

02

Improve

An AI voice coach each person tunes to themselves, from a gentle nudge to a real push. It listens, reflects patterns they cannot see alone, and helps them move. Used for what AI is good at, holding context and being there always. If something heavier is present, we route to a human.

03

Show

Over thirty days, the organization sees the movement, never the individual answers. Any group smaller than six is hidden by the system itself.

What you bring to the board

A readout you can defend.

Where your people started. What moved. Where the pain still is. And a clear option for what to do next. Wellbeing stops being a soft line item and becomes something measurable and seen.

For example, a population's emotional wellbeing dipping in a hard quarter, and recovering as the team adjusted. You see the shape, never the individuals.

Emotional wellbeing across one team, dipping mid-cycle and recovering.

The eight dimensions

A whole life, calmly seen.

We share the same biology, and what it takes to flourish is common to all of us, even as each person lives it differently. The eight dimensions describe what it means for a life to feel like a life.

  • Mental Health
A state of wellbeing in which a person realizes their potential, copes with normal stresses, works productively, and contributes to their community.
  • Emotional Wellbeing
The capacity to process emotional experience effectively. Not the absence of negative emotion, but the ability to recover from it.
  • Social Wellbeing
The quality of close relationships and the presence of belonging.
  • Physical and Biological
A positive state of physical and biological wellbeing, including energy and vitality, not merely the absence of disease.
  • Financial Stability
The absence of economic stress and the presence of material security.
  • Purpose and Meaning
The presence of direction and significance in one's life and work.
  • Personal Growth and Learning
The capacity to develop, adapt, and exercise competence across life and work.
  • Community and Environmental Engagement
Engagement beyond the self: participation in community and civic life, and connection to place and the natural environment.

Taking your own reading

Trust as architecture

Real data depends on trust. Trust shown, not promised.

Private by design
The organization never sees who you are. Only patterns across at least six people.
Six-person floor
Any aggregate computed from fewer than six participants is hidden, by the system itself.
Not sold, not shared
The organization never sees who you are. Your individual answers are not sold and not shared.
The measure is free for anyone to use, and lives at thrivability.ai. We do not own how flourishing gets measured. We built one good way to do it.

Why us

A decade of measuring wellbeing inside large organizations.

Years in the making, now open to organizations. The instrument is built on an open standard at thrivability.ai, so the measure outlives any one vendor, including us.

The quiet why

AI is being pointed at a lot of things right now. We think it should be pointed at this, at people actually thriving, while the defaults are still being set.

The smartest choice and the most humane choice are, for once, the same choice.
